Diverse Internet Connectivity
Our network is powered by redundant DS3 connections to the nationwide fiber optic networks of Time Warner Telecom and Wiltel Communications. These circuits are delivered to our network operations center via OC3 SONET fiber.

SONET Ring Redundancy
Our location includes SONET ring protection from our fiber carrier into the network operations center. As a result, if the ring is severed at any point there is a redundant path to our network.

Intelligent Routing
We utilize BGP4 (border gateway protocol) to provide intelligent, redundant, fail-safe routing. Your users will be routed to the fastest available connection to ensure maximum connection speed and virtually eliminate network down time.

Network Equipment Redundancy
Our network offers built-in redundancy through multiple redundant network connections, redundant routers and redundant core switches.

ServerSide invested in redundant Cisco 7200 VXR series routers that provide complete redundancy to the edge of our network. If one router fails or if the upstream provider connected to the router encounters problems, data is instantly and transparently redirected through the other router.

Physical Security
Our network operations center is located in a brick and steel building with magnetic locks that record all traffic into the building and our network operations center.

All areas within the network operations center are protected by video cameras, motion sensors and security breach alarms directly connected to our alarm monitoring company and the local police department.

Network Security
All of our systems are designed to maintain a quality of service throughout the network by prioritizing packets to maintain an order of precedence of services. Each network device is equipped to detect and automatically filter out hacking attempts.

We spend many hours per month reviewing logs, keeping up with and applying security updates and we monitor our networks and systems 24/7/365.

Backup Power
ServerSide furnishes conditioned power to each rack through APC uninterruptible power supplies. Our natural gas fired generator guarantees consistent operation in the event of a power failure from commercial power.

Environmental Controls
Our specialized network operations center grade air handling system provides another level of redundancy to further ensure consistently sound environmental conditions. Conditions are kept at a uniform 70° F and 50% relative humidity.

Network Uptime Guarantee
ServerSide guarantees that the network will be available 99.9% of the time, excluding scheduled maintenance and upstream network disruptions that are out of our control.

Server Hardware Guarantee
ServerSide guarantees the hardware components on any server that we supply and will replace any failed component at no cost to the customer.

Service Level Agreements
ServerSide guarantees its services with an industry leading SLA.
